Pine essential oil is steam distilled from the needles of the Pinus sylvestris tree, which originates in Austria, the United States, and Canada. Here are some ideas on how to use Pine:

• Add it to your household cleaners. I love adding Pine to water and Thieves® Household Cleaner to mop my floors. It adds a clean, sweet scent!
• Combine Pine with water and spray it on carpet.
• Diffuse Pine in your home or office during the afternoon hours or early morning.
• Combine Pine with Epsom salts and add it to a warm bath after a long day.
• Apply it topically to joints or muscles.
• Apply it topically on the base of your neck or temples.
• Diffuse Pine around your home during the holidays to bring the outdoors in!
