How To Use Eucalyptus Blue

Eucalyptus Blue is grown and distilled on Young Living’s farm in Ecuador. This essential oil is high in eucalyptol, which has a calming and invigorating scent when diffused. This oil comes from a crossbreed tree called blue gum and is a cross between Eucalyptus citriodora and Eucalyptus globulus.

Eucalyptus Blue is preferred over many of the eucalyptus species, simply because of its well-balanced chemistry and its non-allergen effect for all types of respiratory conditions.

 

How do I use Eucalyptus Blue? 

Dilute 1 part essential oil with 1 part V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other pure vegetable oil. Then;

  • Apply to Vita Flex Points and/or directly on area of concern
  • Diffuse
  • Inhale

Topically 

This essential oil is safe to use 1 drop neat (or diluted 1:1) on the bottom of the feet of people ages 6 and up. Use proper dilution on children and babies or highly sensitive skin.

Aromatic 

Diffuse up to 30 minutes three times daily. Eucalyptus Blue has a calming and invigorating scent when diffused.

Caution: Do not use on children under 6. Use with caution and with dilution on children 6-12 years old. 

I love diffusing Eucalyptus Blue in the evenings before bed to help support my respiratory, especially if something is going around at work. I will occasionally use this essential oil in the morning too.
