How to use R.C. Essential Oil
R.C.™ Essential Oil is a powerful blend of Spruce, Cyprus, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora). Diffuse or apply it directly before, during, or after your workout. Its energetic aroma will help you stay motivated when you hit the weights, treadmill, or bike.
Myrtle has an elevating aroma that is pleasing when diffused. It also has properties that can help beautify and enhance the appearance of healthy-looking skin when applied topically and also supports respiratory health.

How to Use RC Essential Oil
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
Make a hot compress to soothe chest and provide more comfort during the winter. Put 15 drops of RC in 2 cups of hot water in a bowl. Wet the towel and ring it out and put on chest with a dry towel on top!
Rub RC on your throat and place some on your pillow before sleep or diffuse RC in the bedroom!
